Basesoft Solutions has built an online analyse and reporting tool for MCI to analyze call statistics in nearly real-time for multinationals such as Rabobank Nederland, the Staatsloterij etc.  Each 5-minutes, data from an Oracle database are migrated to our database. With the online application, the customers of  MCI can analyze and view the call statistics of their call centers. This database contains more than 25 million records, for which speed and presentation are essential.
